What’s included in the training?
Introduction to Reiki, dive into the rich history and origins of Reiki. Explore the Reiki precepts, session preparation techniques, and the art of applying Reiki hand positions for self and others. Gain insights into the chakra and endocrine systems in the context of Reiki, and master essential practices such as cleaning, grounding, centering, and protection. Experience the power of sacred Reiki attunements, receive a comprehensive manual as well as additional suggested reading materials, and earn a certificate of completion.
Our Reiki I training unfolds over two days, spanning five and a half hours on a Saturday morning and four hours on a Sunday morning. You will receive four sacred attunements, allowing ample time for integration—a crucial aspect often overlooked in one-day sessions. We honor the traditional approach, providing the space needed for integration of each attunement. Some teachers squeeze it all into one day. That is not recommended nor is it the traditional way.
This training will take place in my studio in Southeast Raleigh.
