Payment and Cancellation Policy

The investments you make in my healing sessions, retreats, coaching programs, mentorship, or trainings are investments in your personal growth and well-being. Each offering is created with deep care, intention, and energy to provide you with valuable tools and experiences that have the potential to create meaningful change in your life.

As such, the following payment and cancellation policies apply:

Payment Policy

  • Upfront Payments: All payments are required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been offered. A 60% non-refundable deposit is applicable for longer courses, retreats, and private events. This deposit reserves your date and covers preparation, materials, and administrative costs.

  • Payment Plans: If you choose a payment plan, you will be required to sign a contractual agreement outlining the terms. You will be responsible for completing the full payment plan regardless of whether you complete the course or training.

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of these offerings, I do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you are fully committed before booking.

  • Discounts: Discounts or special offers are only available if publicly advertised through my email list or social media. Any additional discounts are at my discretion.

  • Travel-Based Events: Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun. If cancellation occurs after travel has started, client agrees to cover incurred expenses such as mileage, tolls, or accommodations if applicable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For 1:1 healing sessions or private appointments, the following policies apply:

  • 48-Hour Cancellation or Reschedule Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 60% of the service cost will be charged.

  • 15-Minute Grace Period: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.

Event-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

  • For private events, given the extensive setup, travel, and blocked time, cancellations within 7 days of the event (for non-emergency reasons) result in forfeiture of all payments.

  • If the event needs to be delayed by a few hours (e.g., weather), Vibrant Zen will make every reasonable effort to adjust timing on the same day.

Force Majeure & Emergency Exceptions

If the event must be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster, severe weather, illness, car accident, or other emergencies beyond either party’s control, the following terms apply:

  • Rescheduling Preferred: The event will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date within 6 months. The deposit will be transferred in full to the new date.

  • Cancellation Without Reschedule: If rescheduling is not possible, 50% of the deposit may be held as a credit toward a future private or public Vibrant Zen event, valid for 12 months.

  • Vendor Illness or Emergency: If Vibrant Zen (Liz) becomes ill. injured or unable to perform due to emergency, a full refund of all payments will be issued.

Agreement of Terms

By submitting payment or booking a session, private event, program, or training with Vibrant Zen, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Payment and Cancellation Policy. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for both the facilitator’s time and the client’s experience.
